Important Notice for MUD 127 Customers March 19, 2020

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, H2O Consulting has made the difficult but necessary decision to close its walk-in payments and billing office to the public until further notice.

H2O Customer Service Reps remain available to assist you by phone (281-861-6215) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by email at customerservice@h20consulting.net, or via the website at h2oconsulting.net.

In addition, to further aid efforts in preventing the spread of the virus, H2O Consulting will not be accepting cash payments.

For check and money order payments, please use the drop box located on the north side of the H2O building at 5870 Hwy 6 North. The drop box is accessible via the former bank drive-thru lane that is closest to the building. As pictured below, the drop box is labeled “H2O Consulting Inc, Night Drop Box.”
